Pietro Rosa TBM gains recognition for supporting Rolls-Royce in the development of the Advance 3 project

Derby (U.K.) – Pietro Rosa TBM has received recognition from Rolls-Royce for its participation in the Advance 3 program of work including Engineering and project management capabilities. The company has been actively engaged with Rolls-Royce on this project for the manufacture and supply of Stator, IGV and Variable Stator Vanes in support of the demonstrator and subsequent production sets to assist in the initial launce of its new “Ultrafan” core.

The recognition was awarded to Pietro Rosa TBM for its responsiveness and speed of execution of this critically important, time sensitive program of work. High levels of technical expertise and support for concurrently engineered manufacturing processes and the extensive management of the Pietro Rosa TBM supply chain for special external processes all came into play to meet the timescales and technical excellence for components required for engine build.
