MANIAGO – Pietro Rosa TBM is sponsoring the Cre.Ta. project which aims to promote talent among young engineers.
Cre.Ta. is a project led by Keymec, the center of innovation, research and training for mechanics of the industrial area of San Vito al Tagliamento with the collaboration and support of the province of Pordenone. Keymec, through its research and training drive the companies in a process of growth and technological development, forming researchers and technicians capable of managing engineering in the areas of advanced technology research and experienced managers in quality processes and complex organization. Proposed for the first time in 2010 by Keymec and Province, Cre.Ta. is a project that is born in order to meet the employment needs of some of the most innovative companies in the province of Pordenone in the field of mechanical and turns them into a structured path training or, better, to create talent. The plan is for young people, undergraduates in engineering which are selected at the last year of the two-year specialization, inserted with a scholarship in Keymec and assigned to a partner company for development of project thesis. Before and after the thesis they attend a full-time course of about 400 hours from very technical trails to courses focused on business management and budget, from English to Lean manufacturing, from leadership to technical trading.
